CLAANZ acted as intervenor in the recently heard Supreme Court of New Zealand in Attorney-General v. Family First New Zealand. Directors of the CLAANZ Board, Sue Barker, Jennifer Batrouney AM QC, Matthew Harding, and CLAANZ member, Kate Davenport QC, prepared CLAANZ's submission and acted as intervenor in the Supreme Court proceedings on 24 and 25 June 2021.
